Fidelity Bank extends deadline for H1 2026 audited financial statements to September 30

Fidelity Bank Plc has obtained approval from the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) to extend the deadline for the publication of its audited financial statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

The extension was disclosed in a notice dated August 21, 2026, and signed by the bank’s Company Secretary, Ezinwa Unuigboje.

According to Fidelity Bank, the audit of its H1 2026 financial statements is still being finalised, necessitating the additional time to complete the process.

The bank therefore secured approval from the NGX for the extended reporting deadline of September 30, 2026.

The extension applies specifically to the audited financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026.
